Autoglass Trainee / Shop Assistant

Join our team at Cal Alta Auto Glass- One of Calgary's most trusted names in autoglass repair and replacement. We're looking for a motivated Trainee/ Shop Assistant to join our fast paced shop. If you are mechanically inclined, eager to learn and take pride in quality work, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Assist technicians with rock chips and crack repairs

- Help with removal and installation of Windshields, Sunroofs, Door Glass, Back Glass

- Perform Pre work inspections

- Maintain a clean, organized workspace

- Work efficiently in a fast paced team environment

Requirements:

- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required)

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

- Physically capable of lifting and handling glass safely

- Previous automotive experience is an asset, but not required - we will train the right person!

Wage:

- $18.00 to $24.00 per hour to start depending on experience and ability

Location:

We have two locations we are looking for our South and North shops

Job Type: Full-time
