We are currently seeking a Automation and AI Specialist to join one of our clients' Engineering Department. The Opportunity

You’ll be the go-to person for automation and AI across our systems stack — HubSpot, Zapier, Fillout, Softr, Google Workspace, and other AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others.

Your mission is to streamline workflows, eliminate manual friction, and ensure our systems scale as fast as our client demands. You’ll collaborate directly with our small but mighty team to design, build, and optimize automations that keep SKOR running smoothly and intelligently.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• System Integration & Automation: Design and maintain high-impact automations using Zapier and native integrations between HubSpot, Fillout, Softr, and Google Sheets.

• Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in client assessments, reporting, data flow, and internal operations — and automate them.

• AI Tooling & Deployment: Build practical AI workflows (using Zaper, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for internal productivity and client-facing processes.

• Data Accuracy & Syncing: Ensure data consistency across systems; troubleshoot sync errors and optimize for reliability.

• Documentation & Enablement: Create clear SOPs and automation maps for internal use.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging tools and experiment with how AI and automation can enhance SKOR’s platform and partner experience.

• 90%+ reliability across automations and integrations.

• Noticeable reduction in manual data handling and reporting cycles.

• New automations deployed monthly that enhance client or team productivity.

• Clear, documented system architecture that anyone on the team can follow.

• Proactive recommendations for scaling automation and AI use cases.

  2+ years of work experience with HubSpot
• Working in a remote setting
• 1+ years of work experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
