Reflections Car Wash Ltd are hiring VEHICLE DETAILERS with strong CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

We're looking to add two more position at our locations in DT Calgary (Bankers Hall, Eighth Avenue Place, Jamieson Place and Suncor Energy Centre) which services our downtown clientele.

Previous experience is required, but will provide a 40+ hour hands on training and supervision under our watchful eye of more seasoned detailers.

• Superior customer service skills, personable and friendly demeanour are a must
• Ability to work independently and manage the days workload will become a requirement
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Medium computer skills (email, online payment portal and booking system) are preferred
• Clean drivers abstract and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
• Previous vehicle detailing experience IS necessary but we will undergo a fairly intensive 40+ hour hands-on training schedule with current staff.
• Uniform and training provided
• Hours of operation Monday to Friday only 8am-4pm (or earlier depending on days appointments and weather). No evenings, stat holidays or weekend work.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing online booking system and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Online payment system to generate invoices and followup with clients (where necessary) for payment information
• Keeping workspace and office tidy, organized and clean

Some combination of following vehicle detailing tasks

• Interior vacuum wipe-down, carpet and seat shampoo, leather seat clean and condition, all glass/mirror clean
• Exterior 2 bucket hand wash, clay bar & handwax, paint correction, tire dressing
• Windshield chip repairs
• Seasonal tire changeovers and re-torque & reset TPMS (Tires will already be mounted and balanced on rims)
• Engine shampoo
• Headlight polishing
• Topping up washer fluid & visual inspection on vehicles lights & tires
