Duties

• Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment and troubleshoot complex wiring systems.
• Install, repair, and upgrade automotive electrical components such as lighting, sensors, remort starters, gps tracking devices, alternators, and wiring harnesses.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all electrical systems meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform precise repairs and installations efficiently.
• Assist with heavy lifting of vehicle parts and equipment during maintenance procedures.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment essential for automotive electrical work.
• Experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is highly desirable.
• Ability to lift heavy components safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail during troubleshooting processes.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical issues clearly.
• Prior experience working with automotive electrical systems or similar technical fields is preferred.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
