Pay: Commission based, 90,000-160,000/year

Campbell River Hyundai is looking for an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) that oversees vehicle financing, structuring deals, securing loans, and providing value added protection products to customers. You will bridge sales and finance, ensuring dealership compliance with regulations, maximizing profit margins, and maintaining lender relationships. Key skills include negotiation, sales, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financing & Leasing: Assisting customers with financing options, calculating rates, and securing approvals from lenders.
• Product Sales: Selling, quoting, and explaining extended warranties, service contracts, and other aftermarket products.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring all deals comply with local, provincial, federal, and industry regulations.
• Deal Structuring: Reviewing and finalizing sales paperwork, including contracts and title work.
• Lender Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with bank representatives to secure competitive rates.
• Sales Team Support: Working with sales personnel to move deals forward and training them on finance products.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in automotive F&I or sales is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, sales ability, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge: Understanding of lending regulations and proficiency with Dealer Management Systems.

Performance Metrics:

• PVR (Profit per Vehicle Retailed): Average profit made on finance/insurance products per car.
• Penetration Percentage: The rate at which back-end products (warranties, etc.) are sold.
• Contract Times: Turnaround speed of financing paperwork.
