We are excited to be seeking a passionate and permanent member to join our team at our new store in Transcona!

With a high degree of initiative, this individual is a self-starter who demonstrates an unwavering commitment to workplace practices. Your exceptional organizational and time management skills enable you to coordinate and optimize your calls efficiently.

Your sales experience and knowledge of automotive and industrial parts and supplies are paramount as you build customer relationships. Hunting and gathering new business as well as cultivating current accounts will be critical. A solid team player, you also possess outstanding communication skills.

What you will do

• Source parts and supplies not currently within CTR’s inventory that were requested by customers.
• Build on and maintain customer relationships by listening to and identifying their requirements and presenting them with solutions.
• Provide expert advice to customers on parts and supplies carried by CTR.
• Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders, follow-up to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Enter orders into the computer system.
• Align with CTR’s Values – encourage others to seek a positive attitude by working with these Values.
• Create an environment that nurtures teamwork, efficiency, and celebrates success.
• Suggest and utilize special promotions, monthly discounts etc.
