Baird’s Auto & Tire is looking for a motivated, reliable Lube & Tire Technician to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:
Perform routine maintenance services including:
Oil and filter changes
Tire mounting, balancing, and rotations
Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections
Assist senior technicians with general service and basic repairs
Accurately complete inspections and service documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:
Interest in automotive service and a desire to learn and advance
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Willingness to learn and follow established processes

Pay: $41,600.00 - $83,200.00 per year
