Automotive Painter

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation of vehicles for painting, ensuring that surfaces are properly cleaned, sanded, and primed. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
• Utilize various hand tools and power tools to perform tasks efficiently.
• Manage paint inventory through our 3M management system.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and clients regarding project status.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive preparation work.
• Experience with buffing techniques and auto painting processes is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills to foster positive interactions with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
