Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto painting and a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on vehicles. The Painter will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other team members to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces.
- Apply paint using spray guns and other tools to achieve a smooth and even finish.
- Perform buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of painted surfaces.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with basic auto body repair tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently during the painting process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in auto painting or related fields such as auto body repair or mechanic work.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the painting process.
- Proficiency with hand tools and painting equipment is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Previous experience working in a dealership environment is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,400.00 per week
