Hillside Chevrolet is currently seeking a reliable, motivated Automotive Porter / Service Support team member to join our dealership. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our Service Department and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Park, organize, and move customer and dealership vehicles safely.
  • Assist with checking vehicles in for service when needed.
  • Support Service Advisors during busy periods.
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct customers appropriately.
  • Assist with preparing customer service quotes.
  • Cover Service Advisors during lunch breaks to ensure continuous customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service drive and parking areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the service department.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A current driver's abstract must be provided as part of the hiring process.
  • Comfortable driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player.
  • Basic computer skills are an asset.
  • Automotive dealership or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Occasional Saturdays are required based on business needs.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 42.5-46 Per Week
