Are you a confident and friendly individual looking for a customer-focused role that fits your lifestyle? Fulcrum Suspensions is looking for a reliable Automotive Receptionist to join our Bundaberg store.
This role offers flexibility, making it perfect for candidates seeking full-time work or part-time hours.
About the Role
As the Automotive Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers—over the phone, online, and in-store. You'll need to juggle customer service with basic admin duties, so being organised and tech-savvy is a must.
You’ll be trained and supported every step of the way. What we need is someone eager to learn and naturally good with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and check in customers upon arrival.
- Phone Management: Handle up to 40 incoming phone calls per day.
- Booking Management: Use Navision to manage customer bookings.
- Quoting & Product Navigation: Use our website for basic quotes.
- Digital Communication: Respond via Podium messaging platform.
- Administration Tasks:
- Daily till reconciliations
- Processing and filing purchase orders
- Scanning invoices, internal filing and general admin

- Quick learner with strong computer skills.

- Reception/admin experience preferred (auto or retail ideal).
