Are you a confident and friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment? Fulcrum Suspensions is looking for a reliable Automotive Receptionist to join our Pakenham store.

This is your chance to represent a trusted brand in the automotive industry, greet every customer with a smile, and make a lasting first impression.

About the Role

As the Automotive Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers—over the phone, online, and in-store. You'll need to juggle customer service with basic admin duties, so being organised and tech-savvy is a must.

You’ll be trained and supported every step of the way. What we need is someone eager to learn and naturally good with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet and check in customers upon arrival. Be the friendly face they remember.
  • Phone Management: Handle 30–50 incoming phone calls per day with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Booking Management: Use Navision to manage customer bookings and workshop schedules.
  • Quoting & Product Navigation: Confidently use our website to generate general quotes.
  • Digital Communication: Respond and provide updates to customers via Podium messaging platform.
  • Administration Tasks:
  • Daily till reconciliations
  • Processing and filing purchase orders
  • Scanning invoices, internal filing and record-keeping
Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For

  • A well-spoken, confident communicator who enjoys helping people.
  • Quick to learn new computer systems and processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a reception, customer service or admin role (automotive or retail preferred but not essential).
