Automotive Reconditioning Technician

Are you someone who takes pride in making vehicles look their best? Our Mazda location is seeking an Automotive Reconditioning Technician to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in ensuring every vehicle meets our high standards before it reaches our lot or a customer’s driveway.

As part of our reconditioning team, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality and attention to detail truly matter. We offer a clean, well-equipped facility, a supportive management team, and opportunities to grow within a respected automotive group.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform complete reconditioning of pre-owned vehicles, including interior and exterior detailing, buffing, and polishing.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure every vehicle meets company standards before delivery or sale.
• Assist with minor cosmetic repairs and touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain reconditioning equipment and work area in a clean, organized manner.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales departments to prioritize and complete vehicles efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in automotive reconditioning, detailing, or body shop work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
