Automotive Sales & Finance Consultant – Used Car Dealership

Capital Auto Center is a fast-growing used vehicle dealership looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales & Finance Consultant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, working with people, and earning a strong income based on performance. Previous automotive experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and social media
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
• Prepare purchase paperwork and vehicle deliveries
• Follow up with customers after delivery
• Request customer reviews and referrals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer files
• Assist with vehicle merchandising and online listings when required

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and online systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
• Sales experience is an asset
• Automotive experience is an asset
