Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team at Oxford Dodge. Our dealership is committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, and we’re looking for a candidate who can build and maintain long-term relationships with our valued clients.

About the Role:

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and the service team. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless and professional service experience while helping clients with their automotive service needs. This critical, front-line position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to relay client concerns and ensure accurate service solutions.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while managing multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide accurate cost estimates, explain repairs, and obtain necessary client approvals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and maintaining long-term client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• A pleasant, professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving abstract (required).
• Previous automotive experience (preferred but not required).
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software (considered an asset).
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-energy environment.
