This isn’t a role for order takers. We’re looking for a Sales-driven Service Advisor who takes ownership of the process, connects with customers, and closes with confidence.

Your Role

• Greet customers and guide them from intake to completion
• Translate technician findings into clear, value-based recommendations
• Keep customers informed and confident throughout the repair process
• Manage workflow, prioritize tickets, and coordinate with techs and parts
• Build long-term trust through communication and care

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience (independent or dealership)
• Strong communicator in person, over the phone, and in writing
• Organized, detail-driven, and composed under pressure
• Comfortable with modern shop management and digital tools
• Reliable, motivated, and focused on customer satisfaction
