What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing customer information and ensuring service details are accurately recorded
• Coordinating with vendors for parts and pricing quotes
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
• Supporting daily operations and assisting with leadership responsibilities as needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following all safety protocols and company guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, outgoing attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed
• Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate!
