We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their experience. Your expertise in automotive sales and service management will be essential in guiding customers through their service needs, upselling relevant services, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service options, costs, and timelines.
• Utilize your knowledge of automotive sales to recommend additional services that enhance vehicle performance and safety.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and follow-up communications.
• Manage customer expectations regarding service timelines and communicate any changes or delays effectively.
• Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction post-service.
• Stay updated on dealership promotions, new products, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role within a repair shop setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of auto service management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to transmit information clearly to both customers and team members.
• Proven upselling skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes, including knowledge of mechanics, auto body repair, and service technician responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,090.00 - $71,610.00 per year
