Full Job Description

We need an experienced Manager for one of our Certified Transmission locations. We are looking for the right person to work in this like a managing partnership.

You will get paid like an owner, based on the profits. There is a base pay starting at $80,000 and bonus sharing profits based on the performance of the location. There is no cap on the bonuses. The better and more profitable the shop is performing, the more your profit sharing amount will be.

The rockstar we are looking for does need to have experience as a manager. Preferably we are looking for someone that has worked as a General Manager, or Shop Manager for at least 3 years previously. You do not need to be from the automotive industry but knowing your way around a car would definitely help.

The hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm, 50 hours per week. There will never be weekends or evenings, we understand that your time off is for you and your family.
