Job Title: AV Programmer / Senior AV Programmer

Location: Delhi / NCR

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Role

We are looking for an experienced AV Programmer to install, configure, program, and support audio-visual systems for enterprise and corporate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure video conferencing systems (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Cisco, Poly, Logitech)
• Program and configure audio systems (Biamp, QSC, Bose, Yamaha, Shure, etc.)
• Configure video switching and display systems (Crestron, Extron, Kramer, projectors, video walls)
• Work with AV over IP and Dante/AES67 audio networks
• Develop control system programming and user interfaces
• Troubleshoot AV systems onsite and remotely
• Create basic documentation and system reports
• Coordinate with project managers and installation teams
• Senior Role: Lead projects and guide junior programmers

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of AV programming (Crestron & Biamp mandatory)
• Basic understanding of networking and IP addressing
• Experience with audio DSPs, VC systems, and signal flow
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience & Qualifications
• 5–10 years of AV programming experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Computer Science or related field
• AV certifications (Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Q-SYS, Dante preferred)
• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Willing to travel across India (15–20%) and work extra hours if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
