Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries as required by law.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
• Assist in basic maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and performing minor automotive repairs as needed.
• Operate forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary for loading/unloading operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations.
• Experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
• Basic automotive repair skills are a plus for maintaining vehicle performance.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $6,000.00 per month
