Floatr Inc. is hiring an experienced AZ Float / RGN Operator for local Ontario equipment hauling.

This is not generic freight work.

We are looking for a professional, experienced operator who takes pride in their appearance, their truck, their equipment, their customers, and their performance.

We run a clean, professional, stats-driven operation and are building an elite team.

PAY:
$38–$40 per hour
OVERTIME AFTER 10 HOURS PER DAY
Performance bonus opportunities
Commission opportunities for self-generated work

WHAT WE HAUL:

• Construction equipment
• Oversized freight
• Specialized loads
• Time-sensitive shipments
• Local Ontario float work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid AZ license
• Real float/equipment hauling experience
• RGN (Removable Gooseneck) experience
• Strong securement knowledge
• Experience loading and unloading equipment
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable and organized
• Strong customer service mindset
