Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Long Haul Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting freight across long distance (Toronto- Winnipeg- Alberta runs) while ensuring the safety and security of the cargo. This role requires a strong commitment to adhering to all transportation regulations and maintaining high standards of professionalism on the road.

Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight over long distances, ensuring timely delivery.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, rest periods, and cargo details as required by law.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, routes, and any issues encountered on the road.
- Ensure that all cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.

Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven 1 year experience in commercial driving, particularly in long haul transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on long trips.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with dispatchers and customers.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
