Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations and drive business success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, comprehensive retail management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in retail, retail leadership, visul merchandising, and team development are highly valued.

Duties

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring day-to-day store operations are aligned with company objectives
• Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards
• Manage visual merchandising, inventory management and stock levels
• Handle scheduling, payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy
• Develop and implement sales strategies through marketing initiatives and promotional activities
• Conduct recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Monitor sales performance using POS systems and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
• Foster a positive shopping environment by ensuring excellent customer service through effective communication skills
• Coordinate with vendors for purchasing supplies and managing inventory levels
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide training & development opportunities, and address operational issues

Experience

• Leadership or managerial experience in retail with a strong background in store management
• Demonstrated success in retail sales, team management, and customer service excellence
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
• Ability to recruit, train, develop staff members effectively while managing multiple priorities within deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams confidently and foster a collaborative work environment
