Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Azure Administrator & Security Analyst to join our IT Security and Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Azure environments and implementing security controls, along with expertise in various security tools and platforms. This role involves maintaining cloud infrastructure, enhancing security posture, and supporting operational tasks across multiple cybersecurity domains.

Key Responsibilities: Azure Administration:

• Manage and monitor Azure resources including VMs, storage accounts, networking, and identity services.
• Implement and maintain Azure policies, RBAC, and security controls.
• Automate Azure resource provisioning and configuration using scripts and templates (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
• Monitor performance and availability of Azure services and troubleshoot issues.
• Azure network security and experience setting up app services.

Security Operations & Tool Management:

• Maintain and update CTE (Vormetric) agent installation scripts across environments.
• Perform Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports cleanup to optimize performance and relevance.
• Reorganize SIEM data sources (including Splunk) for better visibility and correlation.
• Extract and analyze privileged access data from CyberArk for audit and compliance.
• Onboard users into BeyondTrust for secure remote access and privilege management.
• Extract and archive Veracode security scan reports for historical analysis.
• Onboard applications into Checkmarx for static code analysis and vulnerability scanning.
• Export and archive email and threat data from Proofpoint for compliance and investigation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Azure administration and cloud security.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity management, and security best practices.
• Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk preferred) and log management.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Veracode, Checkmarx, Proofpoint, and Vormetric.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
• Splunk Certified Power User / Admin
• CyberArk Defender or Sentry
• Other relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,750.29-$75,000.00 per year
