The opportunity

As a Content Marketing Manager at Kami, you'll craft compelling narratives and content strategies that connect with education leaders worldwide. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation - you'll help shape how Kami communicates its value proposition while working closely with our digital and creative teams to bring ideas to life. Your deep understanding of B2B content and audiences will help shape our approach across all channels. From developing thought leadership content to creating impactful lead generation campaigns, this role offers the chance to drive Kami's next phase of growth. What you’ll do

  • Content Strategy: Develop content frameworks and strategies that drive demand generation and lead conversion across all channels - from white papers and case studies to events and video.
  • Content Planning & Ideation: Transform campaign and project objectives into compelling B2B content opportunities. Map out content needs across channels and formats, identifying the best ways to reach decision makers. Collaborate with design and video leads to develop concepts that drive engagement.
  • Copywriting: Write clear, engaging copy that brings ideas to life across multiple channels and formats. Maintain Kami's brand voice while adapting tone for B2B audiences and channels.
  • Website & Digital Content: Work with design leads and digital managers to plan and create high-converting website content, turning business objectives into compelling page narratives that resonate with education leaders.
  • Product Communication: Transform product value propositions and features into clear, engaging content that resonates with education leaders and drives purchase decisions.
  • Customer Journey Content: Develop targeted content that supports the B2B buying cycle, from awareness through to purchase and advocacy.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify opportunities and create content that drives business objectives.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyse content performance metrics to optimize content and strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple content projects independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Market & Competitive Insights: Stay on top of EdTech trends and competitor positioning to ensure our content strategy maintains Kami's distinctive voice while strengthening our market position.

About you

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, or education
  • Strategic thinker who can develop content frameworks to drive demand generation
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and how content supports different decision stages
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with experience in B2B content formats such as white papers and case studies
  • Proven track record of creating content that drives leads and conversions
  • Experience working with design and development teams to create effective web pages and marketing materials
  • Data-informed approach to content with experience in continuous optimization
  • Strong project management skills - you know how to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail. Meticulous with grammar, content accuracy, and brand consistency
