About Shree Kedarlingam Hotel & Retreat

Shree Kedarlingam Hotel & Retreat is located in Lwara, Guptkashi, on the Kedarnath route in Uttarakhand. We provide accommodation and meals for tour groups, pilgrims and individual travellers visiting Kedarnath, Tungnath, Chopta, Madmaheshwar and nearby destinations.

We are looking for a motivated B2B Hotel Sales Executive who can develop relationships with tour operators and generate group bookings for our property.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify tour and travel companies operating Char Dham, Kedarnath and Uttarakhand tours
• Contact travel companies through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn
• Connect with the person responsible for group bookings or hotel contracting
• Introduce our hotel, room inventory and B2B MAP rates
• Generate genuine group accommodation enquiries for Guptkashi
• Follow up regularly with interested travel partners
• Negotiate rates within the guidelines provided by the hotel
• Maintain an organised record of leads, conversations and booking requirements
• Coordinate confirmed bookings with the hotel management

What We Are Looking For

• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in making sales calls and conducting follow-ups
• Basic understanding of B2B sales, hospitality or the travel industry
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate lead records
• Experience with tour operators, Char Dham travel or hotel sales will be an advantage
• Freshers and motivated candidates with strong sales ability may also apply

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity. Earnings will be linked to the confirmed business generated for the hotel. The exact commission structure and payment terms will be discussed during the interview.
