Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Closer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, or SaaS sales with a proven ability to close deals and exceed revenue targets.

You will take ownership of qualified leads, conduct discovery calls and demos, understand client requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and convert opportunities into long-term customers.

Responsibilities – How you will contribute

  • Take ownership of qualified leads and drive them to closure
  • Conduct discovery calls and product/service demos tailored to client needs
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and statements of work
  • Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the decision process
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, delivery, tech) for accurate scoping
  • Maintain pipeline and deal updates in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements – What you’ll need to succeed

  • 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales / IT services sales / SaaS sales
  • Proven track record in closing deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and client requirement analysis
  • Experience in handling proposals, negotiations, and contract discussions
  • Confidence in delivering client demos and presentations
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot preferred
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales cycle
  • Prior experience in IT service-based companies is highly preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
