ABOUT CALSCAPES

Calscapes is a Calgary-based property services company specializing in commercial landscaping, snow removal, and construction. We serve property managers, strata orporations, and commercial clients across the city, delivering reliable, year-round service that keeps properties looking their best in every season. We’re growing fast and this is a brand-new sales role. You'll have the opportunity to shape our commercial client base from the ground up.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Prospect and close commercial accounts property managers, strata corporations, HOAs, and commercial property owners across Calgary
  • Sell Calscapes’ full suite of services: landscaping, snow removal, construction and epoxy
  • Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and prepare custom proposals and quotes
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients to drive renewals and referrals
  • Develop and manage your own pipeline using cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Meet and exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets
  • Find leads and meet with customers face to face
  • Represent Calscapes professionally, you’ll be the face of the company to new clients

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience, you’ve sold to businesses, not just consumers
  • Experience selling to property managers, strata, or commercial clients is a strong asset
  • Background in snow removal, landscaping, construction, or related property services is a major bonus
  • Outstanding communication skills, confident on the phone, in-person, and in writing
  • Natural ability to persuade, overcome objections, and close deals
  • Self-motivated and organized, you manage your own time and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Calgary-based role with client site visits)
  • An existing network of property managers or commercial contacts in Calgary is a big plus

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive base salary ($50,000–$60,000) plus uncapped commission
  • On-target earnings of $80,000–$90,000, with top performers exceeding $100,000
  • Year-round work across multiple service lines not a seasonal role
