We are one of those companies. We have a proven product, a growing customer base, and a clear market opportunity. What we are building now is a dedicated B2B sales function to accelerate our push into the business customer segment — and we are looking for the right person to lead that charge.
This is not a role where you manage a warm pipeline handed to you by a marketing team. This is a role where you identify the right automotive businesses, open the right doors, build genuine relationships, and close deals that matter. ABOUT THE ROLE
As our B2B Sales Specialist, you will own the full sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying target accounts across the Australian automotive sector, to running discovery conversations, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals. You will be working in a fast-moving environment with strong leadership support and a product that genuinely solves problems for the businesses you sell to.
Prospecting and Pipeline Building. You will identify and research target accounts — dealership groups, fleet operators, automotive service businesses, parts distributors, and related industry players. You will build your own pipeline through outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and industry networking.
Discovery and Consultative Selling. You will run structured discovery conversations to understand each prospect's business challenges, operational pressures, and decision-making process. You will ask the questions that get to the real pain — not just the surface problem.
Solution Presentations. You will present our solution in a way that speaks directly to the automotive business context — connecting our product to the specific metrics, workflows, and outcomes that matter to each buyer. No generic pitches.
Deal Management and Closing. You will manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, maintain a clean CRM pipeline, handle objections with confidence, and bring deals across the line with a clear sense of urgency.
Market Intelligence. You will feed back what you hear from prospects — competitor activity, industry trends, objections, and unmet needs — to help us continuously sharpen our go-to-market approach.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who combines commercial drive with genuine curiosity about the automotive industry.
You will thrive in this role if:
— You have 1–3 years of B2B sales experience as an SDR, BDR, or junior Account Executive, and you are ready to own the full cycle end-to-end.
— You have experience in, or a strong interest in, the automotive industry. You understand how dealerships operate, how fleet businesses think about costs, or how aftermarket and service networks make purchasing decisions.
— You are a natural relationship builder who can hold a credible, peer-level conversation with a business owner, fleet manager, dealer principal, or operations director.
— You are self-directed and results-driven. You do not wait to be told what to do next. You look at your pipeline, identify the gaps, and fill them.
— You are resilient. You understand that B2B sales involves rejection, long cycles, and deals that fall through at the last minute
— and none of that slows you down.
— You are commercially sharp. You can build a simple business case, speak in terms of ROI and operational impact, and help a prospect justify the investment internally.This role is probably not right for you if you are primarily motivated by a large guaranteed base salary, need a fully built inbound pipeline to be effective, or are not genuinely interested in the automotive sector.

Pay: $66,902.62 – $85,492.77 per year

- Mulgrave VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
