Job Overview:
As a B2B Technology Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and persuasive content that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop content that showcases our solutions, supports business objectives and demonstrates thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write high-quality content for various formats, including news articles, press releases, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, newsletters, social media and website copy.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to inform content strategy and ensure relevance.
- Audience Understanding: Identify and understand the needs and pain points of our target audience to create compelling content that drives engagement.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search rankings, ensuring all content is optimized for relevant keywords.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and sales to gather insights and information needed for content development.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency, ensuring all materials meet company standards and brand tone of voice.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content writing, specifically within the B2B technology sector.
- Strong understanding of technology trends, solutions, and the B2B sales cycle.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
