For the Swiss Market, we are currently looking for a B2C Supervisor in Geneva.
In this position, you will be responsible to manage, lead, and oversee the activities of Field Coaches who in turn are selling to, and supporting consumers. They must monitor and improve the performance of their team, ensure they generate sales through both outbound and inbound activities, and ensure high quality consumer interactions across the team.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage face-to-face teams, ensuring they have regular meetings and build strong relationships with their direct reports (3rd Party Workers only). Maintain the engagement, motivation and performance of their team and be alert to stressful working conditions. Create a cohesive team environment to maximise efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs via data dashboards to identify trends and take action to improve and drive team performance. Manage complex requests and/or requests that have been escalated and support the team to find the best solution. Plan and organise time and resources effectively to ensure KPI achievement.
- Ensure team has access to necessary resources and that they understand what processes and scripts must be followed. Review and audit meetings and processes to ensure high quality conversations with consumers, and coach direct reports on their performance. Seek and provide feedback.
- Keep up-to-date with local regulations and guidelines and communicate these to the team. Translate business strategy into meaningful tasks and activities linked to business performance.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bach. Degree or Apprenticeship
- Proficiency in French and English

- Advanced Influencing & Stakeholder Management skills a must
