Require the candidate to perform following activites : -
- Answer phones, and direct calls and respond accordingly.
- Clerical tasks: File documents, mail, and copy documents
- Supplies: Order supplies, check stocks, and ensure billing
- Scheduling: Schedule meetings, coordinate events, and manage calendars
- Communication: Take notes in meetings, proofread and distribute materials, and communicate with clients
- Organization: Maintain files, contacts databases, employee lists, and inventories
- Support: Provide ad hoc support to staff members and departments
- Bookkeeping: Handle basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing and issuing checks
- Travel: Organize travel for individuals or teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
