- Microsoft Office Skills: Competent in MS Word and MS Excel for document preparation, data entry, and basic report generation.
- Sales Follow-up: Assist the sales team by tracking and following up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer and sales records accurately.
- Communication: Provide support in responding to internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Customer Service Support: Assist in resolving customer issues and queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
