Job Description
Back Office Operation Job Role in Bank
A Back Office Executive (Banking Operations) works behind the scenes to support daily banking activities, documentation, and operational processes. This role does not involve direct field sales and mainly focuses on data handling, account processing, and customer service support.
ð Key Responsibilities
Account opening and documentation verification ð
KYC verification and data entry in banking software
Handling customer documents and records
Processing transactions and internal banking operations
Maintaining MIS reports and daily reports
Supporting branch operations and front office team
Handling emails and internal communication
Ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures
Managing customer queries and backend support
ð¯ Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word) ð»
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic banking knowledge
Documentation and file management
Time management and teamwork
ð Qualification
Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA / BSc preferred)
Basic computer knowledge required
Freshers and experienced both can
ð° Salary Range (India)
Fresher: â¹12,000 â â¹18,000 per month
Experience: â¹18,000 â â¹28,000 per month
Private banks: â¹2.0 LPA â â¹3.5 LPA
