Backend Software Developer

Spirii develops and provides world-class charging products and digital solutions to customers with electric vehicles. Our Digital Development department is proud to drive a listen, learn, and lead culture that allows us to constantly improve our ways of working. As a Back-end Software Developer, you will be part of one of our engineering teams working on innovative e-mobility projects helping our EV drivers and partners. You will work closely with internal and near-shore colleagues in the product development team and our external partners.

You will report to our Engineering Manager.

What You Will Do

• Solution architecture in a microservices-based context
• Design, development and documentation of software components with a strong focus on scalability and security
• Performance optimization
• Data consistency and integrity
• Collaborating with DevOps to ensure continuous integration and delivery
• Drive the adoption of automatic testing
• Ensure quality of releases and best practice coding standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant experience with development of digital cloud-based solutions is required
• 6+ years of professional software development experience

Experience with;

• Back-end development in Typescript or JavaScript (Node.js, Nest.Js)
• Cloud-based microservice architecture
• Deployment in cloud environments (AWS or similar)
• Integration between external & internal IT systems (Rest API, gRPC, etc.)
• Data/ load testing, and automation of unit/integration tests
• Experience in eMobility industry is a plus (OCPP, OCPI, ISO-15118)

The position is a permanent position in Copenhagen, Denmark. Danish language is not a requirement, but Fluent English language skills are required.
