Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems, APIs, and services.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to define and implement technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Implement and maintain database schemas and integrations.
• Ensure application security and data protection.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and frameworks.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
• Strong experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, Express.js, or Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Understanding of caching mechanisms (e.g., Memcached, Redis).
• Prior experience in [specific domain, e.g., fintech, edtech, e-commerce].
