We are currently looking to fill 1 full time overnight baking position. 5 nights a week. This

Shifts start at 11:00pm

Applicants must be comfortable working nights, and weekends.

Experience working in a commercial bakery, proofing and baking breads and rolls, cake decorating and making donuts from scratch is definitely an asset, but we would be also willing to train the right candidate.

Summary

As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. Reporting to the Head Baker, you will utilize your core skills in food preparation and baking, to create exceptional baked goods. Your experience in the food industry and knowledge of mixing and weighing ingredients will be essential in maintaining efficiency and presentation. Additionally, your premium skills in decorating will enhance our offerings, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to delivering delightful treats to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads buns, pastries and donuts during night shifts.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Decorate donuts and pastries as required, maintaining high presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and organized workspace.

Compensation will depend on experience.
