Biteme Banhmi Bakery in Crowley Vale is seeking an experienced and passionate Baker/ Pastry Cook to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our bakery, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious and high-quality baked goods that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Monitoring oven temperatures and assessing product appearance to determine optimal baking times.
• Decorate and finish baked goods with precision and attention to detail.
• Examining the quality of raw materials, as well as weighing and measuring ingredients to ensure that stocks are received in a proper quantity and quality.
• Performing tasks such as kneading, maturing, cutting, molding, mixing, and shaping dough and pastry goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute production schedules.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Baker, with a strong understanding of baking techniques and methods.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual salary ranging from AUD 75,000 to AUD 80,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Full-time position
