Village Bake Shop is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Baker’s Assistant to join our team!

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced bakery environment. We’re looking for someone who enjoys physical work, works well as part of a team, and is ready to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

• Filling and organizing baking ingredients
• Receiving and putting away deliveries
• Assisting bakers with daily production
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas
• Supporting various tasks around the bakery as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy bags and boxes (50+ lbs)
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Bakery or kitchen experience is an asset but not required
