Bakery Manager

At New World Green Bay, we provide an amazing customer experience through quality, innovation and fresh food in our shop. We are looking for a Bakery Manager that can lead our team and deliver an awesome experience through fresh quality, exceptional standards and be creative with new products for the community of Green Bay. We are looking for someone that is self-driven, with a focus on quality, freshness and customer experience.

The Role:

• Very hands on leadership role, that involves baking, packing, merchandising, ordering, and every else that goes with the day to day operations of the department.
• Ensure a high standard of quality and presentation through the department at all times of the day.
• Responsible for the department's financial results, and wage budget through roster management
• Lead and develop team members to get the most out of them through ongoing training.
• The Bakery is fully frozen dough for bread, and scratch for sweets which is where we drive our innovation.
• Consistently uphold the Food Safety and Health and Safety Standards.
• Be a positive role model that works closely with our diverse team.

• SAP knowledge, and computer skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills and proven leadership experience
