We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented professionals to join our Credit Card Lead Generation team. The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining credit card features and benefits, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Present and promote credit card products based on customer needs and eligibility.
• Generate high-quality leads and pass them to the sales or verification team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
• Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines while maintaining professionalism.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversion.
• Handle customer queries courteously and provide accurate product information.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and bank policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
