Requirements:

• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification is mandatory for Collection Agents
• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Petrol reimbursement: ₹3,000 per month
