Your Role: Retail Banking Relationship Manager

Requirements:

• A Diploma in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!).
• A passion for sales and an eagerness to build strong client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
• A positive, customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping others achieve their financial goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and a willingness to gain familiarity with banking software and CRM tools.
