About the Role

A brand-new high-end Nordic-style spa is opening in Barcelona (November 2025), inspired by authentic Russian banya traditions. We are looking for a skilled Banshik (Parenie Ritual Specialist) with a passion for wellness, traditional sauna techniques, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a unique opportunity to relocate to one of Europe’s most vibrant cities and join a luxury wellness team.

Your Role

• Perform traditional parenie rituals and venik (birch/oak) massages with attention to quality and authenticity.
• Provide personalized guest service, explaining the benefits of rituals and ensuring a relaxing, memorable experience.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming sauna environment.
• Work closely with a professional team to deliver seamless wellness services.
• Participate in training programs to master the spa’s signature rituals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in parenie rituals, sauna therapy, or similar wellness roles.
• Fluent in Russian and English (Spanish is a plus, or willingness to learn quickly).
• EU passport and readiness to relocate to Barcelona (relocation support provided).
• Excellent physical health, good stamina, and strong communication skills.
