Cocktail trained bar staff required for popular town centre bar
Duties:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and serve drinks promptly
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including an extensive cocktail menu
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Monitor and enforce responsible drinking guidelines
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, promotions, and special offers
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant, and of cocktail making
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
