Bar Manager- Newly Opening Hotel in Temple Bar with Bar and Restaurant

Independent family-owned group offering exceptional service! We manage properties ranging from small B&B Guesthouses to large Hotels. The unique locations of our properties offer a choice of excellent proximity to main tourist attractions, bus routes and other regional hubs.
Wellington Hotel in Temple Bar is currently looking for experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to join our team.
You will be required to manage very busy Bar& Restaurant located in the heart of Temple Bar within the Hotel.
- Manage Staff and Rosters
- Manage suppliers and stock
- Participate in menu creation and offers
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Provide and maintain high level of standards
- Manage financials , cash control, daily banking
Requirements:
- Must have F&B Management experience - minimum 3 years
- Must understand local trend and needs
- Have positive can do attitude
- Be flexible
- Must have great customer service experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €40,000.00 per year
