Job description:
The Manager will take responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Key duties include managing staff schedules, training team members, handling inventory and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will also monitor financial performance, implement marketing initiatives with our social media manager, and address customer feedback to continually improve service standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €29,277.40-€45,000.00 per year
