Job Summary:

BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Service Crew Member to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
• Take orders, process payments, and operate the till efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to licensing laws.
• Provide recommendations and upsell drinks and promotions where appropriate.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in bar service and hospitality role is compulsory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits is an advantage.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
