Responsible to:
General Manager & Assistant Manager
The main purpose of the job is to ensure that all aspects of the club operate as effectively and efficiently at all times and to provide our customers with the highest level of service, quality and products.
Main Duties:
- To supervise all staff using a HANDS-ON APPROACH AT ALL TIMES. You should be able to competently work in all areas of the club so as to ensure a good in-depth knowledge of the club as a whole.
- To ensure that all areas of the club are operational, clean and in good working order. All snags must be addressed as soon as possible.
- To ensure the correct correlation of all monies and float.
- Cleaning Sheets Updated Weekly
- Full Inspection of Bars and any problems sorted straight away.
- To ensure that stock is monitored closely. Ensure waste and loss amounts are accounted for and correct.
- All bookings are dealt with professionally looked after
- Ensure Lost & Found is maintained
- To ensure you look smart and professional when carrying out your duties and representing the club.
- Keep record of all incidents and accidents and take any relevant witness statements when necessary
- Ensure General Manager/Bar Manager is immediately made aware of any incidents or accidents even when General Manager/Bar Manager is not on the Premises.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €16.00-€20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
Work Location: In person
